Clarity

You don't know where your growth is actually coming from.

Most independent firms run on the marketing channels they think are working. We build the data architecture underneath your stack so you stop guessing and start knowing.

What this actually looks like inside your firm.

    The spreadsheet you keep redoing.

Every quarter, someone on your team rebuilds the same report from scratch because the data lives in five places and none of them agree.

The lead that never got called.

Someone raised their hand. They filled out a form, attended a workshop, replied to an email. Nobody knew. Or somebody knew and dropped the ball, and there's no system that would have caught it.

The campaign you can't tell worked.

You spent money on it. The leads came in. Six months later, you can't say which clients came from that campaign, what your true cost per acquisition was, or whether to do it again.

The question nobody can answer in the meeting.

“Where did our best clients come from last year?” Three people give three different answers. None of them are wrong, exactly. But none of them are right either.

This isn't software you plug in.

Most firms in your stack want to sell you the next tool. We're not that. The work starts in person, in your office, with a full day of mapping before we touch anything.

    01

    Mapping Day

We come to your office for a full day and walk through every system, every process, every marketing source, and every place data is being entered, lost, or duplicated. By the end, you have a map of how your firm actually runs and a clear list of what's broken.

    02

    Architecture

We design the data structure your firm needs to operate on. Lead source naming. Pipeline stages. How a workshop attendee becomes a tracked lead becomes a first appointment becomes a closed client. The decisions that determine whether your reporting will ever make sense.

    03

    Buildout

Real people on our team inside your tools, building the integrations, automations, and workflows that keep the data clean as it moves. This is where most platforms stop selling and most consultants hand you a deck. We build the working system.

    04

    Reporting

A reporting layer on top of the clean data that answers the questions you've been guessing at. Where growth is coming from. Which campaigns produced this quarter's clients. What your team should do more of next quarter.

    05

    Ongoing service

Weekly and monthly calls with your team. A service team that keeps the system maintained as your stack changes. Real people on your account who learn your firm and stay long enough to see results.

    What you can finally see.

When the architecture is in place, the questions you used to guess at have answers. You know which marketing channels produced this quarter's clients. You know your true cost per appointment, by source. You know which campaigns are working before they end, not three months after. You know what your team should do more of next quarter, and you can prove it.

The leadership meeting changes. The marketing budget conversation changes. The “what should we do next” question stops being a debate about opinions and starts being a decision based on what the data actually shows.

You stop running the firm on guesses. You start running it on answers.

What this looked like at RetireSmart.

When we walked into RetireSmart for their first Mapping Day, they were spending over a million dollars a year across ten marketing channels. Radio. TV. Dinner seminars. Educational workshops. Digital ads. Email marketing. The works.

We found more than 5,000 leads from the previous two years who had raised their hand asking for help. None of them had ever been contacted. Not once.

Form submissions had been routed to different inboxes. Landing pages weren't connected to the CRM. Booking links were broken. There was no system telling the team who to call, when, or why. Leads, prospects, and clients were being managed across the CRM, spreadsheets, paper, and three different software tools, none of which agreed with each other.

David Brooks (the owner) and Lyndsay Stednitz (the VP of Ops) had no way to know what marketing was working, where leads were coming from, what their ROI looked like, or how much to spend next quarter. The Mapping Day was a brutal day. It also became the day they decided to fix it.

Four years later, RetireSmart has multiple offices and is doing more than 2x the production they were doing before.

“They have provided us with countless tools so we can continue to grow as a business and become more efficient.”

    Lyndsay Stednitz, RetireSmart

The first call is thirty minutes.

We talk about your firm. Where you're trying to grow. What's in your stack. What's getting in the way. We tell you whether what we do is actually a fit for what you're trying to build, or whether something else would serve you better.

No demos. No pitch. No commitment beyond the conversation.
