We do not verify client regulatory compliance.
5. Access to Client Systems
Clients may grant access to systems such as WealthBox, ActiveCampaign, Power BI, Azure, Zapier, Growform, and Jotform. Clients are responsible for secure credential management and revoking access when appropriate.
6. Prohibited Use
Users may not:

7. Intellectual Property

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or third-party system failures.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Advisor Guide Marketing against claims resulting from:

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of Terms, or harmful behavior. Clients may terminate according to their service agreement.
